I would give this coffee machine five stars except for one thing: the coffee pot design is dumb in that you can never get out the last tablespoon of coffee.It is poorly designed so the only way to get out that last tablespoon is to turn it upside down and then it will spill out all around the edges, not in your cup.However I am keeping the machine because it makes very good coffee and has good features. I like the "bold" coffee button which does make the coffee taste more flavorful.I've only had it for about a month, but so far I really like this coffee machine. If they would change the design of the coffee pot to pour better, then I would give it five stars.Regardless of that, I do recommend it.It has a small foot print to save counter space. The thermal pot keeps the coffee hot for several hours. The only downfall is it is kind of hard to fillMy coffee maker came without instruction sheet of any kind, am able to make coffee but programing for anything more complicated, no go! was hoping more for the $$Absolutely out ranked bun. Having had a Bun for 20 plus years I finally gave up and bought one of these. my wife and I love our coffee and this unit performs. My wife is up early having the auto program set, she has a easier time getting off to work. And the smell of the brew helps open those eyes. Easy to clean and easy to use. Better than a year, its been cleaned 4 or 5 times. But it takes a few pots tweaking the grind and amount of coffee to use. Its a really good investment, why because its economical. Age group 65 and over, I know my coffee. Oh yes, I will buy another and maybe one for my daughtera who love their brew.do not dislike in the least ease of useThe coffee maker looks good, but the carafe doesn't pour well. There's always coffee on the counter when the coffee is poured in a cup. The clock doesn't stay lit. The on button goes off in 30 minutes. I ordered a different brand.Wouldn’t even set up correctly contacted them several times and no response so I returned it I would've liked an answer or exchanged it cuz it was probably defective but they wouldn’t answer and the only option was to return it.
