These are fantastic. I recommend buying a chain mail Lovin Soda Siphon, these are available on Amazon and the most gorgeous soda siphons in my opinion. I have developed my own soda system (way of making sodas.) It is easy to make fresh seltzer in the Lovin Soda Siphons using a refill system of 3 1 liter Sodastream plastic bottles. You can buy the Sodastream refill bottles separate from the Sodastream machines. Keep 3 of these in the refrigerator. Fill these Sodastream refill bottles above the fill line on the bottle, almost to the top. Then I recommend getting a funnel along with a cleaning brush and old fashioned soda/beer bottles. I recommend the Chefs Star set of 6 16 oz bottles with funnel and cleaning brush. Refrigerate the 3 Sodastream bottles of water that you will rotate as they are used and refilled, for example placing the oldest bottle of water to the left. Now to fill the Lovin Siphon take one of the dishwasher safe silicon funnels and place in the Siphon aperture. As you pour the bottle of water in lift the funnel up and squeeze it slightly so the water flows into the bottle quickly. Now check the fill level. It must be at the red line. Once you get the hang of it which is pretty much right away you will be able to fill the Siphon with this system without leaning over to check the fill line each time, but in the beginning do this until you are certain you will not make a mistake. Do not overfill. Then of course pop in one of the Leland Seltzer cartridges that are made in Hungary by the way, make sure you put them in the recyclables. I keep each box in a drawer and place one box of empties at a time keeping them in the Leland box in my recyclables in a used bread bag so they do not roll out of the open box. Shake the soda siphon after you charge it with cartridge then place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. THE BEST SELTZER EVER!!!! I keep mine in a bowl with high sides in my kitchen refrigerator since it is tall and my fridge is crowded. It is very sturdy though! The seltzer will keep in this, do not worry about rushing to drink it, just screw the charger on quickly until you do not hear the hiss when you charge it. I have done away with sugar sodas and like to add a bit of lemon juice with seltzer (my spouse came up with this quick recipe.) It tastes like lemon soda. I also make old fashioned egg creams the low fat organic updated way. I keep cocoa in a 64 ounce mason jar I make using homemade organic soy milk, (I recommend the Gourmet Self Cleaning Automatic Soy Milk Maker and Juicer by Green Electronics LLC available on Amazon. I have even made Italian sauce from fresh tomatoes very quickly in this and used vinegar on the self clean function to clean it out after. I vacuum seal the cocoa and soy milk using the Foodsaver with the jar sealer. The I add fresh cocoa from Trader Joe's and put it in the blender. Then to make the egg cream I pour half cocoa in a glass, add pure vanilla extract with bourbon, organic Monin chocolate syrup and fresh seltzer made with my siphon and Leland Chargers. A perfect super healthy egg cream! Now think about those ice cream sodas and root beer floats that can be made with this. Just get root beer extract. Make sure you eat low fat ice cream and stop as soon as you are full, remember you are able to make an ice cream soda or float quickly and easily 24 hours a day with my system. You do not have to gorge. I am very svelte.
