There are various sizes of coffee and espresso, each capsule states what it is and if you are unsure just pull up the Nespresso site and there’s a breakdown of everything! You also get 10% off for auto replenish orders with the Nespresso app. Certain machines offer different qualities, this machine does not brew XL, carafe or cold brew capsules (you can still make iced coffee). The vertuo line does NOT take the original pods, it takes the dome shaped capsules. This machine is so easy to use once you’ve done the initial cleaning cycle (use hot water not cold). The aeroccino is a great addition for cold or hot foam. My bf and I wanted to stop buying Starbucks and this has really sealed the deal! No leakage so far and the water tank is easy to fill and replace. Functionally this is great, it does everything we need and simply, I love that the old capsules get ejected to a tank on the right side of the machine when you open it up after making a drink and when it’s full you can empty the tank into your recycling. I highly suggest buying the syrups for added flavor in your drink and foam, a metal pitcher for over ice drinks and the double wall glasses to give the overall sophisticated feel! I love this thing, I shouldn’t have waited so long.
