The ice maker water supply line kit includes (1) 15 feet roll of PEX tubing, (2) 1/4 inch x 1/4 inch adapters, (1) 1/4 inch union, and (1) 5/8 inch x 5/8 inch x 1/4 inch slip tee valve. The fridge water line adapter measures 15 feet in length for easy installation, and can be cut to the desired length.

Only the pex hose and tee were in the factory sealed plastic bag. Couldn't attach it to my refrigerator. Returned it to Amazon and went to my local big box which had two of this kit in stock. Each one had different combinations of missing parts... Will NEVER buy an Eastman product again. Their quality control sucks!
