Free from: Gluten, phosphates, chlorine, fragrance, optical brighteners, and solid synthetics. How To Use: Use one tablespoon of Nellie’s Laundry Soda for each regular sized load. Wash according to instructions on garments. Always test on garments that may bleed or fade. The important thing to remember is that while the scoop size looks small, it’s strongly concentrated and powerful! Nellie’s Laundry Soda is safe for HE and standard washing machines. If you have an HE washing machine, we recommend adding the Laundry Soda directly in the drum with your clothes. I like that Nellie’s has enabled me to ditch those big jugs of detergent and water. I’m a new convert to cold water washing so I was unsure if the powder in the bottom of my washer could clean well and remove odors with just cold water. I was pleasantly surprised when cold water and (all temperatures of water) left me with clean clothes without a particular scent left behind. Plus I can get Nellie’s delivered to my door!UPDATE: the 400 load bucket lasted us 3 months, Using 2 tablespoons a load for multiple loads a day.ORIGINAL: I usually buy my Nellie's laundry soap from Costco, but they were out, so I decided to try here. I've been using Nellie's for years and it really does do as it says; 2 tablespoon and your biggest load is clean. It has no scent, which is perfect for my sensitive skinned kids and husband, and it even works on the worst of our dirty laundry, Like my grease mess from working under the van and my baby's cloth diapers. We recently switched to Nellie's Baby soap for the cloth diapers for the added stain busters, but for our everyday clothes, this is all we need. The big 1100 load bucket lasts us almost a year with a big family of 10. I bought the 400 load bucket from here and it's still half full about two months later.Nellie’s doesn’t have a scent, which I like. I’ve used this laundry soda for over 10 years.
